🔁 Returns:
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

To ensure fairness and transparency, all refund or replacement requests must be accompanied by a clear, dated opening video showing the package being unsealed from start to finish.

This helps us verify the item’s condition at the moment of delivery and ensures a smooth resolution for you.

Kindly note:

Requests without a valid dated opening video will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

The video must clearly show the  full unboxing process.

Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

💵 Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🔄 Exchanges:
Exchanges are allowed for the same or similar item (based on availability).
